Siri's cabin is an old-fashioned, insect-proof and idyllic cottage. Comfortably cool for a long time even in the heat! The rooms have electric radiators and in the living room a fireplace. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with separate frame beds for two people and one with a double bed with frame mattresses. In one bedroom, blackout curtains, and in the other, thick covering curtains. In the living room there is a spreading thick-cushioned sofa bed with sleeping places for two people. The maximum number of people in the cabin is 6 people. Additional personnel will be negotiated separately. Kitchen corner is in the living room with electric stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee and kettle+tableware. At the other end of the cottage there is a spacious sauna with its own entrance and is praised for being very welcoming. The sauna is 15 metres from the lake. The beach is sandy, slowly deepening and swimming can be reached from the shore. Rowing boats are available on the beach. There are plenty of fish in the lake, e.g. walleye. The cottage is located in a scenic and very quiet location! Many guests have already come to the cottage to admire the beautiful lake scenery. There is a large grass field in the yard and near the beach there is a barbecue canopy and a new charcoal grill. A neat composting toilet is also in the courtyard. No plumbing and no sewerage. Drinking water is brought in a large canister to the cottage and the washing water is taken from the lake. Pets are welcome
at the cottage.In our field you can see organic highland cattle.
Rental period at the cottage is at least 2 days.
During the summer season we rent two SUP boards and two single kayaks for 30e/ pc/day, 50e/2pc/day, 50e/pc/2day or 100e/pc/week. Finland's highest free-flowing waterfall, High rapids, is about 15 km away, where you can also go around the 5.5 km long Canyon Round. There is also Vaisälänmäki 2.5 km nature trail 15 km away. Please bring bed linen + small and large towels or you can rent them from us for
a total price of 10e/set.You can do the final cleaning yourself or we can do it for you at a price of 90e.

On the other side of the cottage is a big wood burning sauna that has only 15m to the sandy beach. You have a rowing boat to use for example fishing and Onkivesi offers great variety of excellent tasting fishes. The garden consists of a large lawn, barbecue-facilities and outdoor toilet.
