How do I register with Nettimökki?

Start by creating an Alma account. You can change your provided information from the "My Information" page and through the Alma account self-service. Making a booking on Nettimökki requires creating a user account. Your account will store information about all your bookings, and you can also save your favourite listings.

I found a suitable listing, how can I rent the cottage?

Submit a booking request by selecting your desired dates from the listing's calendar. The cottage owner has 24 hours to accept or reject your booking request. The request will automatically expire if the owner does not respond. For any booking-related issues, always contact the cottage owner. You can reach out via Nettimökki's messaging feature.

How can I pay for my rental?

The payment for a cottage with Nettimaksu is made directly on the platform. You can identify Nettimaksu listings by the blue Nettimaksu logo. You can pay the rent via online banking or credit card, and depending on the booking date, you may choose to pay in two instalments. There are also Non-Nettimaksu listings, for which payment arrangements should be made separately with the cottage owner.
