Rent a cottage in the tourist area of Ähtäri, at Moksunahontie 10, completed in 2000 and renovated just inside.
The cottage is located in a scenic area in Moksu, where in the immediate vicinity you can find (approx. 700m) Panda House, Animal Park, Animal Farm, Flow Park, Hotel Mesikämmen - Spa, Golf course, Frisbee golf course as well as great outdoor terrain and recreational opportunities.
Theilluminated outdoor trail (ski trail in winter) can be reached almost from the courtyard. In the vicinity you can also find beaches and lean-tos where you can sit in the evening and fry sausages. The lake next to it is Hankavesi from which via Mälivesi connects to Ähtärinjärvi.
The cottage has facilities such as sauna, dishwasher and washing machine, drying cabinet, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee and kettle, barbecue canopy with gas grill. Fixed beds can be found for 6 people, in the bedroom (double bed 160cm), upstairs (two separate beds 80cm) and in the living room (sofa bed 140cm with sofa bed under the divan). In addition, on the upper floor there is also an opening armchair and two spare beds (80cm). There is also a travel cot upstairs
.In the outdoor storage you can find various yard games for the tenants, one mountain bike, three jopos and one children's bike, as well as Frisbee golf discs to play on the nearby course.

Booking and cancellation terms
If the cancellation comes 1 month before the start of the rental, then the rent will be refunded in full. Subsequent cancellations will only be reimbursed if the rental period in question can be resold

Payment terms
The invoice will be emailed in the next few days for the deed of hire. Payment time is negotiable but usually the full amount is billed at once and the due date is just over a week away if there is plenty of time to book. If the booking time is near then the due date for the same or the next day of the invoice

Delays and compensations
In connection with the invoice, you will receive comprehensive information about the cottage, etc. By paying for the rental, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines of the cottage

Damages and deposits
If something breaks during your holiday at the cottage, feel free to notify the owner of the cottage. Compensation is always considered on a case-by-case basis

Insurance and own risks
The cottage is insured by the owner. Possible deductible and other expenses for the person causing
the damage. -
