A log summer house built in 2017 in a wonderful location in the tranquility of nature. The cottage is located 25-30min drive from the center of Kuopio at the end of good roads, so for example in Kuopio it is easy to go to work on weekdays. 65m2 main cottage built high on a cliff with a wide lake view.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, loft and a large covered terrace. The height of the room and the large windows make the cottage really bright. A solar panel system built into the main cabin and each room has sockets and ceiling lights.
Rinnetonti has no line of sight to the neighbours. The plot has a log 20m2 cellar on the beach. Atmospheric round log sauna and 10m2 log central cellar. Total accommodation for approx. 10 people. Barbecue area on the beach.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Rental Deposit TermsThe reservation is confirmed by paying a booking fee of 30% of the price of the accommodation. If the reservation is not confirmed by payment of the reservation fee, the reservation will be automatically canceled after two business days (for sudden departures after one day).
The remaining 70% of the price of the accommodation must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the reservation. If the reservation begins less than 30 days at the time of booking, the full amount must be paid at once. -
Other rental termsAfter paying for the reservation, the customer will be sent the instructions for the apartment's cottage and the code of the key box located next to the front door. The client will have access to the holiday home at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and the apartment will be handed over by 12 noon on the day of departure. The customer has one key available, which can be found in the keybox. During the rental period, the lessee is liable for damage to the property and movable property. The deductible is defined in more detail in the cabin instructions and you can get more information about this by asking in advance. When leaving, the cabin should be left in the same condition as when arriving. The key should be left in the key box. Vacuumed, garbage in the garbage container and dirty dishes should be washed. The cottage should be left in a tidy condition.
