Naavapirtti B is a very clean and bright half of a semi-detached cottage in the quiet and scenic area of Kaupinjärvi in Äkäslompolo. From the windows of the kitchen and living room of the cottage, as well as from the rear veranda, you can see Lake Pikkupinjärvi and the untouched nature of Lapland.
The cottage is well suited for both couples and families with children. Unfortunately, we cannot take pets as guests. The ground floor of the cottage is 53m2, with kitchen, living room, bedroom, sauna and washroom and in addition there
is a spacious loft.The kitchen has a dining table for six, as well as good kitchen equipment, from a dishwasher to a waffle iron. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes, as well as a loft with three beds and a French balcony. There are child gates at the bottom and top of the stairs, and under the stairs there is a children's travel bed, high chair and potty for small guests. The cottage also has a washing machine and a drying cupboard. Other equipment of the cottage: TV, Wifi, fireplace, iron and board, hairdryer and underfloor heating, board
and other club games.From the cottage, Jounin Kauppa/Jounin Shopping Centre is 1.2 km away on foot and 1.5 km by car. There are many types of services in the retail environment. The ski trail can be reached 300 metres from both the SkiBus and the bus stop 300 metres away. Yllästunturi is 5.2 km away and Äkäshotelli is 2.3 km away. .The cottage rent includes firewood and two rolls of toilet and kitchen paper, as well as housekeeping. At one end ofthe courtyard building there is a heated ski maintenance room with fly removers and a wood storage room on the other. The wooden warehouse has sliders and a sledge. In the wall of the courtyard building there is a heating plug for the car.

.Ylläs has a lot of events and activities all year round Ylläs Events - Ylläs (yllas.fi), so welcome any time of the year. It is easy to get to the cottage even without your own car. From Kolar Railway Station and Kittilä Airport there is a bus 300 m from the cottage (stop Äkäslompolo koulu).

Booking and cancellation terms
After the customer has paid the reservation fee of 200 euros/week + 100 euros/possible next weeks, the reservation officially takes effect and the reservation is displayed on Nettimök's website.
If the customer has had time to pay the full rent of the cottage, 50% of the cabin rent will be refunded if the cancellation occurs before 48 hours from the start of the rental. If the cancellation comes 48 hours before or after, the entire rental will be withheld. However, if the cottage can be rented again for that period, the rent will be fully refunded

Payment terms
After paying the reservation fee of 200 euros/week + 100 euros/possible next weeks, the reservation officially takes effect and the reservation is displayed on Nettimök's website. The final payment is paid two weeks
before the start of the holiday. -
