The reservation is confirmed by paying 20% of the rental price no later than one week from the date of the invoice. If the reservation is cancelled 60 days before the booking date, 50% of the reservation price will be refunded. The final invoice to be sent separately must be paid 30 days before the rental date. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks before the rental date, the full rental amount must be paid within 1 week of the invoice. After paying the final bill, the rental amount will not be refunded unless another customer is found to replace it.
The
rental price includes accommodation for the agreed number of people in Napaketu, final cleaning and firewood. The cottage, the yard building and the movable property including the keys must be handed back in the same condition as they were at the beginning of the rental period. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The customer is obliged to pay for the damage caused. If the customer discovers defects or defects in the property or its movable property, this must be immediately reported to the property maintenance and/or the owner.
