Villa QUU C is a high standard and modern villa located in a quiet and beautiful location in Äkäslompolo. Completed in early 2025, the villa combines modern amenities, spacious living spaces and an ideal location for both relaxation and active holidays.
Villa QUU C is an excellent choice for a large family or group with space for up to 10 people. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, including two downstairs and two upstairs, all equipped with spacious wardrobes. The main bedroom downstairs also has its own toilet. Upstairs bedrooms have spreadable cash to provide extra accommodation for two.
Large windows opening from the spacious living room bring plenty of natural light and beautiful forest landscapes directly inside. A spacious sofa in the living room provides a place to relax, and on the back terrace you can enjoy the surrounding nature. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the dining area is perfect for larger parties.
The bathroom has two rain showers and a modern sauna where you can relax at the end of an active day. Additionally, you will find a washing machine and a drying cupboard in the same space. Three separate toilets ensure a smooth holiday even for large groups.
The villa has its own storage area, ideal for storing ski and ski equipment. The ski bus is just a short walk away and the ski slopes, slopes and Äkäslompolo services are easily accessible.
To the ski track, 250 m to the end of the road to Velhottare and 650 m to the Maahisentie ski bus stop. 2 km to the centre of Äkäslompolo.
We offer starter packs of toilet and kitchen paper and hand soap for your holiday.
Villa rules: No smoking inside the apartment. No party. The age limit of the main bookkeeper is 20yrs. Pets are welcome for an additional fee, pets are allowed to stay only in the living room-kitchen area as well as in the hallway, not in the bedrooms or upstairs.
