Booking and cancellation terms
If the customer cancels the reservation no later than 45 days before the start of the reservation period, the customer will receive a refund of the remaining part of the invoice or it will not be necessary to pay it. The booking fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellations unless the cancelled date is sold in full to another customer. However, a minimum processing fee of €50 will be withheld for cancellation

Payment terms
The reservation is confirmed by paying within 14 days. the reservation fee 30% of the total rental price. The remainder, 70% of the booking amount no later than three (3) weeks before the rental date starts. If the reservation is made up to three weeks before the start of the reservation, the full price of the reservation must be paid immediately
