It is possible to cancel the reservation by notifying the landlord by mail or e-mail. The reservation fee already paid will be refunded in full if the cancellation is made no later than 42 days before the booked time. For subsequent cancellations, the final rent already paid (70% of the total rent) will be refunded, and the share of the booking fee (30% of the total rent) will not be refunded. The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the notice of cancellation has come to the landlord. Cancellation is also considered to have occurred if the booking fee or final rent has not been paid by the due date. If the reservation is made less than 28 days before the rental date, the full rental price will be paid immediately
.30% of the rental price must be paid as the so-called booking price within 14 days of the reservation being made to the account indicated by the lessor. The final rent of 70% must be paid to the rental account of the property no later than 28 days before the rental date.
When paying the reservation price and final rent, the payment transaction must include the week or weeks in addition to the payer.
The renter must be of legal age.
In addition to the apartment, the rental price includes firewood burning in the fireplace, as well as the use of equipment in the yard storage.
Thetenant will carry out the final cleaning himself, unless otherwise agreed. After the end of the rental period, the hosting service checks the condition and equipment of the property. If there is a need to repair or comment on cleanliness or other condition, the tenant will be charged for any cleaning or repair work carried out afterwards. The tenant may also choose to purchase a cleaning service, in which case the tenant will be billed for the final cleaning in advance at the time of renting
. Thelandlord has the right to cancel the reservation in case of force majeure, force majoure. In this case, the rent already paid is returned in full.
The landlord also has the right to terminate the lease in the middle of the rental period if, despite the notice, the tenant causes a disturbance or danger to the property or to those in the same or a neighbour in the property. In this case, all costs for the operation will be invoiced to the tenant, and the rent will not be refunded
.Smoking indoors and on the glass terrace is strictly prohibited. Similarly, bringing pets into the apartment is prohibited
.The rented apartment can only be used by a pre-agreed number of people and only for normal leisure living use.
In the event of material damage, the tenant is obliged to immediately report them to the landlord. The landlord has insured the movable property, but the tenant is obliged to compensate for the damage caused either in deductible proportion or in full, depending on how the insurance company covers the damage. If the tenant loses the key, the locks are re-serialized and the cost is billed to the
tenant.
