Vuokraa nykyaikainen ja siisti, täysin varusteltu paritalohuoneisto aktiivilomasi tukikohdaksi tai tunnelmalliseksi lomanviettopaikaksi. Upea sijainti Äkäslompolon kylän palveluiden sekä rinnekeskuksen puolivälissä latuverkoston solmukohdassa. Laadukas lomanviettopaikka myös kesällä ja syksyllä! Pihasta pääset retkelle tunturiin, pyöräilemään, marjastamaan tai vaikkapa metsästämään. Valtion metsästysmaat alkavat suoraan mökin takaovelta. Toimiva pohja yhdessä tasossa. Mökissä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa parisänky ja toisessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Makuuhuoneeseen mahtuu myös matkasänky, jollaisen voi vuokrata siivouspalvelumme valmiiksi tomittamana. Olohuoneessa on lisäksi vuodesohva, josta saa helposti sijattua vuoteen kahdelle. Upea iso sauna ja erillinen pukuhuone, josta uloskäynti terassille. Mökin varusteluun kuuluu mm. hiustenkuivaaja, leivänpaahdin, vohvelirauta, sähkövatkain, suksienvoiteluteline (ei voitelurautaa), potkukelkka ja pulkka. Autopaikat lämmitysmahdollisuudella ovat mökin edessä. Juna/lentokenttäbussilla saavuttaessa mökille 10 min. kävelymatka Tunturitien pysäkiltä. Talvisesongilla (1.12.-1.5.) huoneisto on vuokralaisen käytettävissä tulopäivästä klo 18 lähtöpäivän klo 10 saakka. Muulloin tuloaika klo 16 ja lähtöaika klo 12. Junalla/koneella saapuessasi kysy tarvittaessa tavaroiden säilytysmahdollisuutta. Vuokraamme paritalon molempia päätyjä. Huomaathan, että tekemällä varauksen ajoissa, voit varata molemmat huoneistot isommalle porukalle. Sähköinen varauskalenteri on aina ajan tasalla. Huoneisto näkyy varattuna vasta, kun molemmat päädyt ovat varattuina. Haluamasi ajankohdan hinnan näet selaamalla kalenteria kyseisen kuukauden kohdalle. Varauksen voit tehdä sähköpostilla, tekstiviestillä tai soittamalla. Varausta tehdessäsi ilmoita varaajan nimi, puhelinnumero, osoite, sähköpostiosoite ja varauksen henkilömäärä. Varauksen yhteydessä voit tilata loppusiivouksen (95€) ja liinavaatteet huoneistoon toimitettuna (25€/setti)/pedattuna (35€/setti) tai huolehtia loppusiivouksesta omatoimisesti loman päätyttyä sekä tuoda liinavaatteet mukana. VUODENVAIHTEEN SEKÄ KEVÄÄN SESONKIVIIKKOJEN VUOKRAHINTAAN SISÄLTYY LOPPUSIIVOUS. Joulun ja vuodenvaihteen aikaan sopii hyvin varata muutoinkin kuin lauantai-lauantai. Booking and cancellation terms
Cancellation must always be made in writing to the owner of the holiday home.
If the customer cancels their reservation:
- 28 days before the start of the rental period, the final payment will be refunded if it has been paid. The advance booking fee is non-refundable
.- Later than 28 days before the start of the rental period, the full rent will be charged.
The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the owner became aware of the cancellation.
If the booking is cancelled due to the fact that the customer or his next of kin falls ill, has an accident or dies, the customer is entitled to a refund, except for the advance booking fee. Cancellation must be made immediately. The reason for the cancellation must be provided with a medical certificate or other
reliable statement to the owner of the apartment.The owner of the chalet has the right to cancel the booking in case of force majeure (e.g. water damage in the apartment). In this case, the client has the right to get the rent paid back
.If payment for the reservation is not paid on time, the owner of the chalet has the right to cancel the reservation.

Payment terms
The reservation is confirmed when the prepayment (approx. 30% of the total rent) has been paid by the due date. The final payment must be paid no later than 28 days before the start of the accommodation
.If the reservation is made later than 28 days before the start of the stay, the accommodation will be paid in one instalment.
If the final payment has not been paid by the due date, the reservation is considered canceled.

Delays and compensationsNext
to the door of the apartment is a key box, the ID of which the owner of the holiday cottage provides to the tenant before the rental date. The key case contains two keys for the tenant's use. The actual cost of the lost key is charged: the replacement of the locks as well as the order of additional keys.
The resort is available to the guest from the day of arrival at 6 pm until the departure time at 10 am, unless otherwise stated. Outside the winter season (2.5. — 30.11.) the holiday destination is available to the customer from the day of arrival at 4 pm to the day of departure at 12 noon, unless otherwise stated.
Holiday cottage rental includes free use of the holiday home. The customer brings his own bed linen and is responsible for cleaning the holiday home during and at the end of the rental period, unless otherwise agreed. The rent during the spring season weeks 8-16 includes final cleaning. Firewood incl. price.
At theend of the rental period, the holiday home must be handed over in a tidy manner, the dishes washed and the beds laid out. The customer is obliged to immediately inform and compensate for the damage caused to the resort and its movable property. Any defects and shortcomings detected must be reported to the owner of the holiday home immediately so that they can be corrected.
