For booking information, the name, address, number of guests, email address and telephone number are required. -
Payment termsa booking fee of €100 at the time of booking and approximately one month before the holiday, the total amount, including any paid final cleaning, and the price of the bed linen sets.
The booking fee will be refunded if the cancellation is made 6 weeks before the booked accommodation.
If the cancellation occurs at a later date, discretion will be used in the return. If that time can be rented for the same price, the full amount will be refunded.
It is recommended that the renter have travel insurance, which would also cover the reasons for the cancellation of the trip in addition to sudden illness, etc.
The renter can do the departure cleaning himself according to the instructions or purchase an additional service separately.
If the following tenants receive a reasoned comment regarding the cleaning of departure, the previous cleaning fee will be requested either completely halved depending on the situation and will be paid to the next arrivals as compensation.
If necessary, the order of linen and final cleaning for a fee is carried out in agreement with the landlord, and he then takes care of the order. -
