The rental property has a living-kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms (each with 160 cm double bed), separate toilet, sauna, bathroom/toilet and utility room. The utility room has laundry and drying facilities, as well as good storage for outdoor and sports equipment.
Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with 3x80cm beds, and a mattress 80cm.
The property has large and magnificent terraces for the front and back yard. From the front terrace there is access to the outdoor storage room.
The front door has an easy-to-use smart lock that works with the help of a code entered into it. The apartment also includes an electric car charging station
.
The four-apartment cottage is located in Äkäslompolo, close to the slopes of Ylläs, halfway between the Nature Centre Kellokka and the Joun store. Ski trails in winter and cycling and hiking trails in summer depart from the vicinity of the cottage.
The day of change of cottage in high season is Sunday, starting at 16:00 and handing over by 12:00. Out of high season, change dates are flexible. Cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen is available for an additional fee of 35e/person.
Pets are not allowed.
