Luxury holiday apartment in a great location in the center of Äkäslompolo, next to Äkäshotell for 2+2 persons.
Ski trails, cycling and outdoor trails depart from our own yard.
Airport, train and ski buses come directly to the Äkäshotelli yard, making it easy to arrive without your own car.
In high season, the hotel has a dance restaurant and a nightclub. Other restaurants and services are within walking distance. Joun's shop is 900 metres away.
Theapartment is on the street level of the sluice house. The well-equipped apartment has just been completed and updated to meet today's requirements. The apartment has a double bed 160cm wide and a sofa bed 140cm. Pillows and blankets can be found for four. The equipment level is good, there is a kitchenette (stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee and electric kettle, toaster), smart TV, iron, washing machine, drying cupboard and
private sauna.At the end of the house there is a storage room for outdoor equipment and a ski maintenance room, as well as storage facilities for bicycles. In the parking lot, the heat plug. (No electric car charging option
)The minimum rental period for the apartment is 2 days.
Each rental includes final cleaning.
Bed linen/towel set is available for rent for the duration of the holiday at a price of 25€/person.

If the customer cancels their reservation no later than one month before the start of the reservation, they will receive a full refund.
If the cancellation comes later, a full refund can still be obtained if the relevant time can be rented again. Or if part of the time is rented again then a refund in those respects.
As a rule, the total amount of the rent will be paid within 0-14 days of booking, depending on the length of time to the time of booking. The payment must appear in full in the account before the rental begins.
Billing may be possible, but these are always handled on a case-by-case basis.
The tenant undertakes to properly use the apartment and the furniture located there. If something breaks during the rental, he/she is obliged to inform the owner of the apartment directly in urgent cases and in urgent cases to the owner of the apartment (contact details can be found in the information accompanying the invoice to the e-mail).
No security deposit is charged at the time of rent payment. However, the customer is liable for compensation if something breaks, but these are always dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
The apartment is insured against major damage. If the customer has caused the damage through his own negligence or indifference, he is liable for compensation in respect of those matters not covered by the insurance, as well as deductibles.
