The final cleaning fee may also be higher in this case. - The liability for compensation for broken items is considered on a case-by-case basis. - The tenant must inform the landlord without delay of any deviations he has detected. - The reservation to be made is binding when it is less than 30 days to arrive. - If the reservation is cancelled, when it is less than 30 days from arrival, we will charge 100% of the agreed price. - In case of cancellation When the arrival period is 30 days or more, an office fee of 100 euros will be charged. - Accommodation must be paid before the stay
