At Villa Aurinkoniemi you will enjoy privacy, peace and the best aspects of villa living: the lake nature, your own wood-heated beach sauna and a fireplace. We bring as additional services to the villa according to your wishes, meals, a chef and a boat ride on Saimaa. We'll make sure you're entertained. Our villa is completely unique on a stunning headland plot on the shores of Lake Saimaa. Combining aesthetic experience with functionality and coziness, we want to provide you with a complete relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience. Villa Aurinkoniemi's terrace, which goes around the whole villa, offers a wonderful view of the Saimaa. The main villa is 160 m2, the guest villa is 100m2. The guest villa is for sleeping only. No other extras. The beach sauna is 25m2 and there is a wooden sauna and a hot tub. The main villa has an open kitchen, a living room, four bedrooms, two toilets, a shower and electric sauna, a fireplace and a terrace that wraps around the entire villa. There is also an outdoor hot tub on the terrace. The main villa has sleeping places for 8 people. The main villa is located on a plot of land and is surrounded by Saimaa on all sides. The guest villa has two separate rooms with sleeping places for up to 14 people. 2 persons sofa bed at the beach sauna. Villa Aurinkoniemi's facilities include free WIFI, fireplace and firewood, sauna (electric and wood heating), terraces, magnificent pier and outdoor barbecue. Our outdoor hot tub for year-round use, a rowing boat and a lapinhut completed in autumn crown this magnificent ensemble. From the beach sauna you can also enjoy the new hot tub, or the bellows! The villa also has wireless internet access, several TVs (except basic channels) and a PlayStation player, automatic ventilation and heating. The kitchens have e.g. Theme tableware, coffee and electric kettles, toaster, microwave, induction hob, gas stove and oven, as well as dishwasher. Various sports facilities are available in the vicinity of the villa. Saimaa is attractive for an early morning swim. The lake also invites rowing. Booking and cancellation policy
Villa Aurinkoniemi adheres to the following terms and conditions when booking and cancelling all facilities and services:1. Reservation and payment The
customer pays the entire fee once upon making the approved reservation or finalizes it separately if agreed two months before the start of the rental.
Upon making an approved reservation, the customer will receive the booking and rental conditions, instructions for the customer and an invoice in the email provided.Approved bookings will be paid in full once two months before the invoice.
The payment will not be refunded without a valid reason and a certificate of ownership for the whole group.

Cancellation must always be made in writing in Finnish or English by e-mail to taili.harjula@gmail.com no later than one week after booking, but no later than two months before the date of booking. Villa Aurinkoniemi
's contact details confirm the cancellationby e-mail and the cancellation is considered to have occurred when the person concerned has confirmed the cancellation. An unpaid bill is not a cancellation. Changing the reservation is interpreted
