Booking and cancellation terms

If the Lessee cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the rent paid will be returned, except for the Service Provider's service fee.

If the Renter cancels at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, which does not include the Service Provider's service fee. The service charge is non-refundable.
