For 2025, the villa has received, among other things, a new 65" 4K Smart TV, 50 Mbps WiFi connection, a large dog fence with a size of approx. 200 m2 and 60 cm high, bordering the lake. In addition, safety has been added with a foam extinguisher, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector
.
Villa Kuirinniemi is an excellent place to relax in the midst of nature regardless of the time of year. The renter has an outdoor hot tub all year round and the large glazed terrace offers great views of the lake. In summer, the abundant fishing waters of Lake Aure are right next to you. Among other things, walleye rises from the lake. The rental includes a rowing boat and life jackets. The villa consists of one large space and a loft, so the place is ideal for 2-4 people. Depending on the calculation method, there are 4-6 sleeping places. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and upstairs sleeping places for four.
The villa is equipped with an air heat pump and underfloor heating, which ensure a comfortable and uniform temperature inside. The reliable Telia 50mbit/s internet connection allows you to work remotely with high quality, and the storage fireplace creates an atmosphere for dark evenings.
At Villa Kuirinniemi you will find an indoor toilet with underfloor heating and shower facilities with access to the wood-heated sauna. The large fully glazed terrace of 28m2 allows for cozy and atmospheric moments at sunset and dusk in the evening. A long pier and a pleasant smoothly deepening sandy beach is an excellent place for swimmers of all ages. Depth at the end of the pier is approx. 1.6m

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
