Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation fee of 150-200 € is paid at the time of booking and after that the reservation is mutually binding. The landlord can cancel the reservation only in case of force major (the villa is unfit for occupancy due to storm damage, water damage, etc., something that is difficult to prepare for). The renter can cancel the reservation at any time, but the reservation fee is not refundable. 50% of the rent paid will be refunded. If the villa is rented for the same price at the same time, 100% of the paid fees will be refunded. By paying the booking fee, the renter accepts these rental terms

Payment terms
The reservation fee is paid at the time of booking and the final payment is approximately one month before the rental date. Payment methods are wire transfer or cash. E-invoicing is possible. Interest on late payment 8%.
