The minimum rental period of the property is 2 days.

.Making a reservation and payment
The person making the reservation must be of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of booking.
A passenger notice will be sent to the tenant after booking, which must be completed and sent by email to the landlord before handing over the keys.
The rental amount is paid no later than two weeks after the reservation is accepted to the bank account FI02 1834 3500 0310 46/Anton Puukko.
If the renter does not process the payments on time, the lessor can cancel the reservation without notice.
Cancellation and modification of a reservation
Cancellation should be made by email to puukkoanton@gmail.com or by phone 0401843331. The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the notice of cancellation has come to the landlord.
If the reservation is cancelled, other than in the event of illness, accident or death, later than 28 days before or during the rental period, the payments made by the customer will not be refunded at all.
If the rental item is not accepted or received late, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the rent. If the tenant suspends his reservation and leaves the rental property before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the tenant will not be entitled to a refund.
Renter's right to cancel a booking
In the event of force majeure, the landlord may cancel the reservation. In this case, the tenant is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to the lessee. If the reservation is interrupted due to the tenant's disruptive behavior, the rental amount will not be refunded.
Stay in a rental property
Therental property is available to the tenant from the day of arrival at 16.00 to the departure date at 14.00.
The rental includes the right to use the reserved rental property for the allotted time. Normal energy costs, furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, mattresses, blankets and pillows are included.
Firewood is included in the rent. Dishwashing detergents, toilet and kitchen towels are not included in the rental price.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. The tenant should use sheets. Bed linen and towels can be ordered at the time of booking at a separate price of 25€ per person.

The rental property may be used up to the maximum number of persons indicated as the number of beds or which rental property has been agreed upon when booking. Parties and other occasions where the number of persons in the rental property is temporarily exceeded must be agreed in advance with the landlord. The use of a tent and caravan or rental equipment (e.g. a bath tub) on the rental property without the landlord's permission is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the rental property.

Obligations of the customer and delivery of the rental property on the day of departure
The tenant will hand over the rental property in its original condition and its keys on the day of departure at 14.00, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord.
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the rental property. Any damage caused must be immediately reported to the owner of the rental property. The tenant is obliged to compensate the owner of the rental property for the damage caused.
The tenant takes care of the cleaning of the rental property at the end of the holiday. Final cleaning can be ordered at the time of booking for 150 eur.
The final cleaning involves washing the dishes and putting them in place, taking the rubbish to the communal waste point of the municipality, empty beverage bottles and — cans taken away, furniture put in place. Food supplies are taken away or taken to a waste point. Carpets and floors are vacuumed. The floors are wiped with a damp mop, tables and levels are wiped with a damp cloth, bed linen is ventilated outside, the sauna and toilet are washed, and the yard area is left in a tidy condition. The final cleaning should be done in full only on the day of departure.
The ordered final cleaning does not include washing dishes, putting dishes in place and garbage removal. In addition, the customer must take away empty bottles and cans and put the furniture in place. Food supplies must be taken away or they must be taken to
The landlord is not liable for any damage caused to the tenant due to an unforeseen force majeure or similar cause (e.g. power outages or natural phenomena such as algae deposits, or animals such as mice and insects) which was not caused by the landlord and the consequences of which the landlord could not reasonably have prevented.
In addition, the landlord is not responsible for damage or consequences caused by normal natural phenomena.
All comments relating to the rental property must be addressed directly to the owner of the rental property immediately after their topic has arisen and during the booking process.
