Lapland's most famous natural landmarks, forming part of the national landscape. These fells span the regions of Muonio and Enontekiö and are part of a larger mountain range rich with sights and experiences.
The cosy ski resorts of Pallas and Olostunturi operate in the area, accessible with the same lift ticket that also allows skiing at Luosto! Additionally, nearby is Finland's largest ski resort, Ylläs, making this region a prime skiing destination in Lapland. There are hundreds of kilometres of cross-country skiing trails in the vicinity of Olos and Pallas.
The ski resorts offer quality accommodation right next to winter activities, but otherwise, cottages are scattered around the fells. Near Pallas and Olos, it's possible to experience true wilderness life, as some cottages are suitably secluded.
