Tight cancellation policy

If the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Villa Eden is rented for a minimum of two days and for use by up to four people. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. The price includes final cleaning and use of the hot tub. Bed linen is not included and can be rented from the hotel for €15 per person (incl. small and large towel). Quiet area, not for party crowds.
