.The courtyard sauna (25m2) includes a living area, a toilet, double showers, a spacious sauna with electric and wood stoves. On the terrace, a large outdoor hot tub for 7 people (additional charge) and a pier with
direct access to jump into the sea.Rowing boat, kayak and gas grill available. Good fishing opportunities and a sturdy pier in a sheltered location. Pets under contract. A quiet and relaxing place where you can enjoy the wonderful evening sun right by the sea.
Weekend rental can be extended (100€/day), please contact the landlord.

The reservation is confirmed when the invoice is paid.
The accommodation starts at 16:00 and ends at 12:00, unless otherwise agreed. In summer for weekly rentals, the change date is Sunday, outside of the summer season the start date may vary
.Holiday cottages are rented only to persons of legal age, children under 18 years old are welcome in the company of an adult renter. Holiday cottage rental includes free use of the holiday home, sauna and firewood, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery and mattresses, blankets and pillows. The guest will bring bed linen unless otherwise agreed. An outdoor hot tub is available at an additional cost. The property is cleaned during and at the end of the stay, unless otherwise agreed. The object must be left in the same condition as it was received. The chalet is not allowed to be used by more people than agreed when booking accommodation. Damage caused by customers and/or pets will be charged
.The large pier next to the cottage is also used by the owner of the cottage.
Charges and cancellations
Payment is made in advance by invoice, in which case the full amount is paid.
Cancellation must always be made in writing. If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the accommodation, 80% of the rental fee will be refunded. In the event of a later cancellation, the full fee will be charged
.The lessor has the right to cancel the reservation:
Inthe case of force majeure, force majeure. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of the rent
paid.If the invoice has not been paid by the due date.
The owner has the right not to hand over the accommodation/removal of the guest if he/she behaves in a disruptive manner or is under the influence of narcotic substances when he/she arrives/during the stay. In this case, the rent is non-refundable. Any complaints relating to the resort must be addressed directly to the owner of the resort as soon as the subject is raised. -
