Pets are welcome! Our property offers uniquely comfortable accommodation and a close to nature atmosphere in the heart of Nuuksio. Your pet will love our fairytale, fenced private forest where they can fulfill their species-specific needs such as sniffing, sniffing and digging and best of all, running free in the yard and in the fenced fairytale forest! At the end of the day you can enjoy the silence and lake views by the fireplace. The apartment does not have a sauna, but you can order, for example, a mobile sauna. Please bring your own bed linen and towels! Possibility also to rent bed linen and towels 10€/person/night, book in advance! The 117 m2 apartment has parquet floors and log walls, mechanical ventilation, well-equipped kitchen, large living room kitchen, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. Overnight stay possible for max. 11 people (downstairs double bed and 2 single beds, upstairs double bed and single bed and, 2 person sofa bed in the tub, and in addition there are spare beds for two. The guest has access to the entire apartment as well as a green fenced yard, the fence is a 2 m high wooden fence with an under-excavation barrier and a remote-controlled gate. In addition, the guest and his pets have access to a private forest area of about half an acre fenced with a 2m high game fence, which contains large differences in height (cliff) and stays there are at the guest's own risk

If you would like to arrange a photo shoot, party or event at the property, please contact us in advance. Rental through an online cottage only for accommodation purposes. Moving in the forest area at your own risk. Dogs must not be kept outside in the yard or in the forest unsupervised and dog droppings must be collected from both the yard and the wooded area

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

- no final cleaning
- the apartment or its movable property such as appliances, appliances, furniture or textiles damaged/broken or used carelessly
- animal droppings are not harvested from the yard/forest -
Other rental termsFinal cleaning includes the following actions: cleaning the refrigerator, washing dishes, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, locking windows and doors, exporting garbage, keys to the same place where you got them.
