Traditional sauna cabin in the magnificent lakeside scenery of Nuuksio National Park, on the shores of a large lake only half an hour's drive from the centre of Helsinki. A great option, for example, for visitors to Nuuksio National Park, fishermen or touring motorists. You can swim from its own pier.
You have at your disposal a sauna, a living room kitchen, two bedrooms, the second bedroom has a sleeping loft for two people, a pier, a cozy large terrace and you can also rent a rowing boat if you wish.
The sauna is a traditional small wooden sauna and connected to it is a small dressing room. In the tank integrated into the sauna heater, the washing water heats up at the same rate and with the same effort without a second hearth. The cottage has a Cinderella dry toilet. Drinking water is available from the tap, there is a hot water tap in the kitchen. The kitchen has a two-plate hob, airfryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, Sodastream and fridge and storage fireplace. The terrace has a dining table, parasol, sun loungers, and a magnificent cast-iron summer kitchen where you can grill, smoke fish, warp salmon and roast walleye and make soot-pot

Public transport: Bus 245 takes you from the centre of Espoo in 30 minutes to the stop, which is only a 5-minute walk to the cottage.
Check-in at 4pm.
Check-out at 12 noon.

The cabin can accommodate 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The sleeping loft can accommodate two children well, there are two mattresses (80 X 200 cm). The use of Cinderella toilet must also be taught to children, it is important to follow the instructions for use
.Please bring your own sheets and towels or alternatively a linen fee of 10€/day/person is paid.
When youleave, the cottage should be left in a tidy condition, all windows and doors must be closed and waste disposed of. The key is left in the same place where you got it.
A surcharge of €150 applies for non-compliance with the final cleaning.
Additional overnight stays must be negotiated in advance, extra charge for extra guests is €20 per person/night

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsLeave the apartment tidy when you leave. Take the garbage to the garbage collection (Solvikintie 5 at the parking lot). Own bed linen and towels. Can also be rented on site 10€/person/night Follow the instructions given. Beach and pier. The ashtray of the burning toilet must be emptied once a week or if necessary and the burning toilet should be used according to the instructions. Household appliances, sauna and summer kitchen should be used according to the instructions. Firewood, electricity and parking are included. Warm water comes from the kitchen faucet and the washing water is heated when the sauna is heated. Patio furniture cushions must be placed overnight and in a padding bag reserved for them in case of rain. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Care must be taken when handling fire and fire must not be made anywhere other than fireplaces. Smoking is prohibited. The rental boat must be used with caution and must be towed to shore after use, being careful not to break it. If the final cleaning is not completed, a cleaning fee of 150€ will be charged.
