Located on a beautiful sunny southern plot, this cottage was renovated in spring 2024 by the river. The flat birch plot of the cottage is circled by the river and there is a pier on the river bank at the bathing place.
The cottage has electricity, potable water, hot water heater, fireplace, electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, TV, radio, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher as well as cutlery and utensils for eight people and a wooden grill on the beach. The cottage has a freezing dry toilet and an outhouse can also be found on the property.
Awood-burning sauna with shower and fireplace can be found in a courtyard building completely renovated in 2021. There is also a rowing boat
.The cottage is located 2 km from the village of Eteläinen and the Tuulonen shopping centre is about 10 minutes' drive from the cottage and Hämeenlinna and Hauho church village in about 15 minutes. Tampere and Lahti are about an hour away. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive to Helsinki
