.Holiday apartment Lilla Lönnviken is located in Särkisalo, on the island of Petu, surrounded by the Archipelago Sea. Petu Island is easily reached by car, and a short lose-ride takes about 5 minutes. Our location is a 1-2.5 hour drive from the major cities of Southern Finland. Lilla Lönnviken is a holiday apartment located in the courtyard building of the farm, which was completed in 2017. At the other end of the courtyard building is the owner's home and atelier. Lilla Lönnviken is a sunny and elegantly furnished apartment. It is a great place to retreat for a while from the stress of the city in the midst of nature, peace and quiet. Also suitable and affordable accommodation for fishing groups. Lilla Lönnviken comprises a spacious kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a toilet shower room and an indoor sauna. The apartment is heated or cooled by an air heat pump, the sauna-washing area has underfloor heating. The living room kitchen has a wood stove and a sauna stove. Lilla Lönnviken has a courtyard with a terrace, a lounge area and a gas grill. A high cliff rises behind the building. Lilla Lönnviken is about 50 metres from the beach. Lilla Lönnviken guests stay in the designated area on the beach and on the terrace pier. Rowing boat. There are also outboard boats for rent. Pets are allowed, but always inform them in advance.
About prices
Final cleaning is always included in the prices, sheets and towels are available at a different price. The minimum rental period is 2 days unless otherwise stated, as in the periods booked as a package. Prices vary depending on the seasons

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made later than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will be subject to a reservation fee. If cancelled 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, the booking fee will be refunded.

Payment terms
When
booking, the owner of the cottage will charge a booking fee of 20% of the cabin rent. Payment of the booking fee will confirm your reservation. The due date of the final invoice for the cottage rent is 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. The final instalment will be sent to your email well before the due date.
