Enjoy breakfast while the morning sun warms up in the sheltered courtyard. The day is spent leisurely on a funnel, reading on the platform in a sun lounger and playing yard games. You can take a small rowing trip, for example, to a cafe on the nearby island. The little ones in the family have space to amble on a large lawn or on a small sandy beach.
The cottage is located in Särkisalo in the municipality of Salo in Southwest Finland. Driving from Helsinki about 2 hours

The rental property has 2 separate cottages, a woodshed and a new heated outdoor toilet. The size of the farm is approx. 5 ha and a common fishing cooperative is attached to the area, which allows net fishing in the restricted
area.
Separate accommodation facilities allow two families to stay well.
Särkisalo sea area is known for good fishing waters and nearby there are good fishing spots for fishing lovers
The main cottage has a living-kitchen, separate sleeping alcove, kitchen and loft. Equipping the kitchen, for example. refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, stove, electric oven, micro, coffee maker, electric kettle and running hot water. Beds for 5 people, additional sleeping places with loose mattresses. The storage fireplace brings warmth and atmosphere on darkening autumn evenings. In addition, there is a TV and WiFi in the property.
Sauna cabin has sauna, wood-burning stove, separate washroom, sink, shower. In addition, kitchenette with lid and fridge, storage fireplace and sofa bed, where sleeping places for two people
Separate woodhouse/storage room, as well as a storage room, where a fold-out sofa bed for two people can sleep.
As a novelty, there is a separate campfire place in a magnificent place in the nook of the cape.

Booking and cancellation terms
BOOKING AND PAYMENT The person making the
reservation must be of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed when the customer has paid the booking fee and received a booking confirmation by email or through the booking system. The booking conditions become binding on both parties once the customer has paid the full booking fee.
The reservation fee is 20% of the cabin rental and must be made within 48 hours of booking. The payment date for the final instalment of the cottage rent (minus the booking fee) is six (6) weeks before the start of the holiday. All comments relating to the invoice must be notified within 7 days of the date of the invoice. If the customer does not process the payment on time, the reservation may be cancelled without notice.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION
Cancellation must always be made in writing (letter, e-mail). NB! Failure to pay the bill is not a cancellation! The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the notice of cancellation has come to the landlord. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
If the reservation is cancelled later than 21 days before the start of the holiday, the full rental price will be charged. If the holiday destination is marketed to another customer who receives an equivalent amount, the cabin rent will not be charged or it will be refunded to the customer who cancelled the booking less the booking fee.
If the reason for the cancellation is a sudden serious illness, accident or death of a loved one, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and recover the price paid without a booking fee. The cancellation must be notified without delay and substantiated in a reliable manner, e.g. a medical certificate. If the cancellation occurs later than 48 hours before the start of the reservation or during the reservation, the payment made by the customer will not be reimbursed. We recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance.
THE LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION In the
event of force majeure, the landlord may cancel the booking. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
In case of non-payment and payment periods, the reservation may be cancelled without notice to the customer.
If the booking has to be interrupted due to disruptive behaviour, the charges will not be refunded. -

Delays and compensations
If you do not want to do the final cleaning yourself, you can order it at the time of booking (150€). If you have ordered a final cleaning at an additional cost, you can leave the cottage on the last day of your holiday only after a light cleaning and tidying up. However, the ordered final cleaning does not include washing the dishes, putting the dishes in place and the export of garbage, these are in any case the customer has to take care of himself. In addition, the customer must take away the bottles and cans and put the furniture
