VILLA LÖNNVIKEN is a traditional, modernised, two-storey island house in an idyllic setting on the island of Petu in Särkisalo. Villa Lönnviken has beds for 8 people. Our location is about 1-2 hours from the largest cities in Southern Finland. The island of Petu, which is surrounded by the archipelago sea, can be reached by car, the loose-head journey takes 5 minutes. Villa Lönnviken has electric heating (air heat pump + radiators), a storage fireplace in the living room and a wood-burning oven in the kitchen. The cabin also has air conditioning in hot weather. 50 m from the main cottage right by the water line there is a wood-burning sauna, which is exclusively used by Villa Lönnviken. The house with its courtyard is located on a sunny and southern slope plot, sheltered by a high cliff and in the immediate vicinity of the sea. A quiet village road runs through the front of the house. The grass between the village road and the sea is suitable for games and games. A cottage popular with recreational fishermen and families, next to the famous fishing waters of Särkisalo. The beach in front of the beach sauna is natural sand and long shallow. So it is suitable for children. Boat landing site and pier on the shore. There is a swimming ladder at the end of the pier and the draught is 2-2.5 m. Rowing boat. There are also outboard boats for rent. NB! Pets are allowed, but always inform them in advance.

Final cleaning is always included in Lönnviken prices, sheets and towels are available at a different price. The minimum rental period is 2 days unless otherwise stated, as in the periods booked as a package. Prices vary depending on the seasons

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made later than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will be subject to a reservation fee. If cancelled 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, the booking fee will be refunded.

Payment terms
When
booking, the owner of the cottage will charge a booking fee of 20% of the cabin rent. Payment of the booking fee will confirm your reservation. The due date of the final invoice for the cottage rent is 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. The final instalment will be sent to your email well before the due date.
