Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation is confirmed by paying a reservation fee equal to half of the total rental price. The booking fee is non-refundable, but if the booking is cancelled the booking fee can be redeemed at a new time.
After booking payment, the final payment will be made before the rental period starts. Any cancellation must be made 14 days prior to the due date of the
final payment. -
Delays and compensations
The
landlord brings the cottage key at the agreed time to the tenant on the day of arrival. The tenant hands the key back at the agreed time on the day
of departure.The tenant does the final cleaning. Any final cleaning by the landlord will be billed 100 euros
