Booking conditions
The reservation is binding when the reservation fee has been paid within seven (7) days of sending the reservation fee to the cabin renter. An agreement is created and these terms become binding on the parties once the customer has made the reservation and paid the booking fee.
The final payment must be paid 21 days before the start of the reservation. If the beginning of the reservation is less than 21 days, the full amount will be paid at once.
Rental prices include VAT
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation should always be made to the landlord in writing. Failure to pay the reservation or final payment does not mean cancellation of the reservation. The landlord has the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been made on time. The cottage can be cancelled at no cost two (2) months before booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the cancellation fee will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled later than 21 days before the start of the reservation, the price of the entire reservation period will be charged. If the cottage is rented to another tenant, the amount that may not be received from the new booking will be withheld as cancellation costs if the new booking period is shorter than the old one.
Staying at the cottage
The cottage is available to the guest from 14:00 on the day of rental. The customer must pay the full amount of the cabin rent to the landlord's bank account before arriving at the cottage. The keys will only be handed over after this. If necessary, the customer must certify the performance of the cottage rental to the landlord.
The cabin may be used up to the maximum number of people indicated as the number of beds, or what was agreed when renting the cottage.
Smoking is prohibited in the interior of the chalet
The landlord must always be notified of the use of a tent, motorhome and caravan on the holiday resort plot.
