Booking and cancellation terms
We reserve the right to accept or reject reservations at our sole discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For bookings cancelled before the due date of the rental payment, we will charge a cancellation fee of EUR 25 and the full price will be charged for bookings cancelled after the due date. The due date is one week prior to the start of the booking
.CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS BILLED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL (bookings made only a few days before the booking starts or even on the same day as the booking starts): If the customer does not cancel the booking by 6 pm on the day of arrival, the price of the reservation for one day will be charged.
For bookings made during the BETTERE FOLK FESTIVAL, we have SEPARATE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS, which will be sent to the customer at the time of booking confirmation via Nettimök's messaging service or alternatively by e-mail.

Payment terms
After confirming the reservation, payment information will be sent to the customer via Nettimök's messaging service or alternatively by e-mail. At the same time, we will notify you of the cancellation policy. The rent payment due date is always one week before the booking starts. If the reservation was made less than a week before the start of the reservation, the due date will be no later than the day of arrival.
Forreservations made during the BETTERE FOLK FESTIVAL, we will send an invoice to the customer by e-mail. More detailed information about the billing policy will be sent to the customer upon confirmation of the booking.

Delays and compensations
Dear customer!
When making a reservation for our rental cottage, please take into account the following points:
The cabin will be available after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and the cabin will be handed over by 12 noon on the day of departure. Outside the high season (September — May), an earlier arrival time can be agreed on a case-by-case basis, e.g. at 2pm. Please contact us separately on this matter
.Please note that the price does not include bed linen and final cleaning unless you have booked them separately. However, it is imperative to wear linen when staying at the cottage for the night. If you do not bring your own linen, you must rent them from us. If the cottage has not been cleaned, or the cleaning is incomplete, we will charge 50 e/ half an hour afterwards for cleaning. The cabins have instructions for cleaning and cleaning equipment. Washing dishes and emptying the trash can are also the responsibility of the customer in cases where cleaning is purchased separately
.If the customer brings their own equipment to the cottage area, which consumes more electricity, water or firewood than normal living quarters, it is always necessary to inform them in advance and agree on reimbursement of the extra costs. Such equipment includes, for example, electric cars, saunas transported by cart, etc. The agreed number of guests must not exceed the agreed number of guests.
It is possible to bring a pet to this cottage. For pets we charge 15 e/ pet/ visit. The allowed number of pets allowed is not more than half the number of places to stay in the cabin (e.g. four-person cabin max 2 pets). Traveling with a pet should take care that the pet does not go to the beds or sofas in the cabin. The customer must bring their own sleeping pad for the pet. Blankets/bedspreads in cottages should not be used as substrates for pets.
Thekey to the cabin can be obtained from the key cabinet next to the front door of the cottage, the ID can be obtained after payment by calling: 0400 168675. You can call on the day of arrival, this number is answered 24 hours a day. If you can't answer me right away, we'll call you back soon
