This circular log sauna cabin of approx. 25m2 is located on the shores of Lake Linnajärvi on the border between Heinola and Mäntyharju. Amazing rock views in a very quiet place.Wooden sauna and a sauna in use, which are included in the rental price.Additional space is a small cottage of about 8m2 with sleeping places for two. (own fridge) In the small cottage there is also electricity and heating with a radiator.In the main cabin there are two groups of sofas which can be made for 2 to 4, .There is no water to the cottage but to bring drinking water.The water from the pool and sauna water comes from the lake with a submersible pump.Outdoor toilet compost toilet.The cottage has electricity in the cottage.The cottage is located on the cliff and on the way to the beach approx. 50m.The beach is suddenly deep and the plot is on the slope, which is good for children and the elderly. Nearest neighbor approx. 150m (No line of sight) Plot approx. 2100m2 and shoreline approx. 50m

Good blueberry and lingonberry terrains.Good outdoor opportunities.The distance to Heinola is about 40km and the same to Mäntyharju. Wonderful hiking/outdoor recreation area of about 7km.

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable.
