Our cottage Honkapirtti allows a quiet and comfortable pastime for a small group of people. Honkapirti is able to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy the peace of nature. The cottage has electricity and a wood fireplace, as well as a wood-burning sauna. The owner reserves drinking water for the early days, as there is no running water at the cottage. Lake water when boiled is also suitable as food water or for washing dishes. Built in 1978, the cottage has undergone a surface renovation, and the terrace, renovated in 2016, allows you to barbecue and enjoy the surrounding nature, including beautiful sunsets. The cottage has a gas grill, coffee and electric kettle, electric stove, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment in addition to standard cookware. The renovated kitchen will be completed in spring 2025. We prefer sorting waste at the cottage. A small pet may be allowed under contract. The boat can be rented separately with an electric outboard motor for 60 eur/week or 30 euros/weekend. In Honkapirti you can enjoy the scenery of the lake nature and forget about the hustle and bustle and be on vacation! The cottage is available for rent from June to mid-September

Booking and cancellation terms
Cancellation by medical or other certificate, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Payment terms
25% within 2 weeks of booking and 75% 1 month before the holiday.

Delays and compensations
For weekend rentals, handover by 4pm.

Damages and deposits
In
Aurinkopirti weekend rentals, the deposit is 200 euros, which will be refunded when the cottage is restored in the agreed condition. Intentional violation to be compensated. Compensation as appropriate.

Insurance and own risks
The tenant takes care of his own insurance and is responsible for the care of the cottage during his holiday.
