An idyllic, multi-building cottage complex at the end of its own cape on the shore of pure Purvesi.
The cottage is located in its own quiet headland at Punkaharju, in the beautiful scenery of the Hiukkajoki river, in the village of Vaara.
There are 6+2 accommodations.
From the main building 2 and the large building 4. In addition, if necessary, the cellar can accommodate 2 additional persons with a sofa bed.
The cottage has a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. You can use water from your own well, which also provides drinking water.
The building has accommodation for four (+ two) people. Conveniences include a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. The fence also has carrying water from its own well.
You can use a rowing boat, and excellent mushroom picking and berry picking spots and good fishing waters are nearby.
From the landlord there is an opportunity to purchase fresh strawberries, potatoes, raspberries and onions directly from the farm during the harvest season.
The cottage has a traditional wooden sauna, an outhouse, a rowing boat and a barbecue area.
From midsummer to theend of July, the cottage is only available for weekly rent, the day of exchange is always Friday. Other times, hire flexibly
.If you have pets, please arrange this separately before renting.
Bed linen (sheets, towels) 15€/person.
The cottage must be restored in a condition corresponding to the date of delivery.
For extra cleaning we charge 80€.
The booking fee will be paid at the time of booking = 20% of the rent.
The final payment is paid three weeks before the start of the holiday, until which time the holiday can still be cancelled without any expenses.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
