Completely renovated 2021-2022 cottage by the Kymijoki river in Kotka with all amenities. Approximately 1.5h drive from Helsinki. The main house of the cottage is about 100 years old with a log frame, erected in its place in 1968. In addition to the main house of the cottage (50m2), there are 2 sleeping rooms on the plot, each of which sleeps 2 people. In the front of the main building there is a double bed (2 persons) and a sofa bed (2 persons) so the accommodation capacity 4+2+2=8 persons The cottage has municipal technology (Kotka city water), hence water water, 2 showers, electric sauna, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, air heat pump, gas grill, etc. All modern amenities. A flat-bottomed rowing boat available on the shore. New pier built in 2021. The cottage is located above a small rapids, the beach is grassy and from the end of the pier it is good to go swimming (the flow is slow)

The cottage has a 180cm (6-8persons) wood-heated fibreglass pod and it can be rented for an additional price, +120€/weekend (incl. firewood) and other times negotiable. Rental prices include the rent of the main building

Sleeping fences are +60€/piece for both weekend and week. Yard fences available between April and November. Special pricing during public holidays/high season (Midsummer, Christmas, New Year, Easter, May Day). Pets adaptable
