Own riverbank (slow flow), quiet location, nearest neighbors about 500m. In summer, a rowing boat on the beach available, good fishing opportunities, from the pier good to go swimming. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction hob, air heat pump, gas grill, etc. Downstairs 2 bedrooms and upstairs a large loft. Beds by default for 9 adults (1 x 160cm, 1 x 140cm and 3 x 90cm wide beds plus a 160cm wide sofa bed), in addition to a baby cot (travel cot).
