The main building has a size of 187m² and in addition, the tenant also has a 26m² beach sauna building with comfortable cooling facilities. There are beds in the main cabin for 10+2 persons, so it is well suited for a large family or a few families of acquaintances. The setting is also suitable, for example, for a company recreation weekend.

The villa has a wonderful living area and high room height with ceiling high windows, a well-equipped kitchen, cutlery and facilities that can easily accommodate more than ten people. The main house has a total of four bedrooms, which can accommodate eight people. If necessary, an additional sleeping area is the loft on the second floor, where you can find two beds and a sofa bed, for a total of up to four people.

The courtyard area allows you to spend time together with the whole family and the villa's own boat allows you to paddle or fish on the lake. You can take a dip in the swimming pool from the pier or enjoy the wonderful lake view of the beach sauna while sitting in a warm barnyard (you can use it for an additional fee)

There is a child-friendly beach next to the pier, but a couple of meters away the sandy beach deepens quickly. There is several tens of meters of coastline and the whole area is clear water, sandy and rocky: a great place for diving and snorkeling! At the end of the pier, the depth is just under 2m, which means that it offers a beach atmosphere for smaller children as well as divers with swimming skills.
