A magnificent three storey large and spacious log villa with a great layout in its own privacy as the uppermost cottage on the road Kehä 1, yet in the heart of the ski resort.
Middle floor hallway with good storage space, combined kitchen (completely renovated in January 2022) + dining room with dining table for 16 people+ living room. Two separate bedrooms with double beds, toilet. Downstairs, fireplace room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, large dressing room, toilet, bathroom with 2*shower, spacious common sauna and 4-person steam room. Upstairs, two separate bedrooms (3 beds+ 4 beds), a sofa bed spread out in the lobby with a spring mattress. No steep stairs. Beds 13+4 (+baby travel cot)
.It can accommodate three or four families, so that everyone has their own peace. On all floors there is a terrace with a long view over the dangers.
On the large 230 m2 terrace on the bottom floor, even bigger people enjoy themselves. A full-scale beach volleyball court has also been completed for the summer of 2021

if necessary. From thesauna section downstairs, easy access to the terrace, where there is an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. Outside you can also find swings and a small slide for children. On a large slope plot, you will make the longest sledding hill in Kainuu in winter. In the large courtyard there is a spacious six-car parking with four heating plugs and an electric car charging station (Type2) where you can charge your car for an additional fee of 30 euros during your stay. The tracks and toboggan runs depart from the backyard.
The cottage also has free wireless internet access. A large hot water heater makes sure that the last bath has enough hot water. Mechanical inlet and exhaust ventilation ensures good indoor air quality.
Ask for a quote for rentals that last less than a week for your group! Ukkohalla has things to do and see for all ages. Mm. Downhill skiing, skiing, sledding, ATV trails, spa, bowling alley, horse riding stable, reindeer farm, husky safaris, wakeboard and many attractions such as Finland's highest waterfall.
