The cottage is located in Iin Laitakar.
From the beginning of October, rental is carried out individually by agreement, the calendar is not open.
The booking calendar will be opened again for the summer season 2025, possibly starting in May. From October 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025, the minimum period is 2 days. Price for 2 days is 270 e, 3 days 320 e, 4 days 370 e, 5 days 400 e, 6 days 430 e, 7 days 470 e. Prices incl. VAT 14%.
Booking on the same day is usually not possible, preparation for hire takes a little time. In general, booking is possible with a few days' notice, so be on
time on the move.
Booking an online cottage works silly when it gives a price for e.g. a 6 day reservation vkl + 4 days, and the weekly price does not work as a cutter. For the price, the program gives a significantly higher price, than for the whole week. Even if we give more than the weekly price in such a situation, we change the price to match the weekly price. Therefore, 6 days will not cost more than the weekly price.
For rent cottage in Iissa next to Laitakar marina by the sea. From the pleasant steam baths in the courtyard you can reach the swimming place along the path, which is about 50 m away. Downstairs there is a bedroom with sleeping places for two. The tuva has sleeping places for two. Upstairs there are sleeping places for four. In addition, there are two separate mattresses. Blankets and pillows can be found for six people.
From the upstairs balcony you can watch the sun go down to the sea! In the courtyard there is a barbecue hut with a new cottage kitchen and also a separate campfire place outside. In the cottage you can find e.g.

There is no running water. You can get the washing water from a well in the yard. We supply 40 liters of household water to the cottage, which can be used for cooking and washing dishes. The cabin has a sink and a drain, so washing dishes is easy. Water can be heated using an electric kettle or a saucepan.
From the port you can also drop your own boat into the water. You can easily fish in the harbour pool or on breakwaters, you do not need a fishing license to fish. Ice fishing spots can also be found next to it. Logging is possible in the adjacent sea area, permits are sold by Iin Hunting Association, http://www.iinmetsastysyhdistys.fi.
Pets are allowed but we charge 20 e for them in addition to the normal rent.
