Beautiful family-friendly cottage in a rural setting by the lake. Inside you can heat the storage fireplace and outside you can grill on the campfire. Proximity to nature and quiet location. Behind the cottage there is a wooded nearby forest, where you can sit at the foot of a tree under the protection of the forest.
From the cottage, walk to the central part of the beach along a wooded path. By the water, your own private place to stay. The swimming area is child-friendly and the beach is largely shallow. Green boat in use. Good skiing terrain in winter.
The total price may also be affected by the number of days and the number of persons as a factor reducing the price. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price. Animals were not allowed. The possibility of charging the electric car is not enabled

Booking and cancellation terms
The booking fee portion of 20% of the rental price is paid to the owner as agreed. The final portion will be paid on the day of arrival. For so-called quick bookings, the booking fee is not charged separately but is included in the price of the rental period
.Charges are non-refundable if the cabin is handed over before the agreed departure date.

Payment terms
The payment must be credited to the owner's account on the last day of arrival. The owner informs the renter of the cottage with the account details as agreed in advance to make the payment.

Delays and compensations
Smoking is not permitted in the cabin or on the terrace of the cottage. Renting a cottage for so-called partying purposes requires special permission from the owner. The agreed and paid number of users must not be exceeded. Additional guests/visitors must have permission from the owner of the cottage/ Keeping a separate camper or cottage on the cottage plot is subject to a permit and a separate price is charged.
At the endof the rental period, the so-called normal departure day cleaning is carried out in the cabin: the dishes are washed and the garbage is taken out into the garbage bin. Used bedding and towels
are stacked in piles. -
Damages and deposits
Damage to the cottage and the agreed compensation will be notified to the owner of the cottage during the rental period.
