Neighbors are not right next door, so it is safe to keep dogs loose in the yard, for example.The cottage has a 120 cm loft bed and below it can accommodate a double bed and a sofa for one bed. Best suited for two/three adults or two adults/two children. Bring your own bed linen and towels to use for hygiene reasons.Heating the cottage is allowed only with trees (and it is not allowed to import your own electric radiators) and which are included in the price. The source of heating is the efficient Upo wood stove. The fireplace is unfortunately out of service due to repair until further notice. Candles can be burned to createa mood.By car you can reach the yard (not in winter). The nearest boat landing point is about 3 km away, which is within a cabin distance from the village of Koppelo, where there are also garbage containers where garbage is taken.You can stop by the shops of Ivalo every day to pick up a food supplement and drink water, as the distance is only 14 km. The refrigerator is a so-called Yankee cabinet with a small freezer compartment at the top. In addition, under the kitchen floor there is a small cool cellar, where you can also store food if necessary. As a bonus, the cabin will be buzzing during the early summer with Mosquite Magnet, which works well, reducing the number of initiates considerably.A wood-heated sauna building on the shore, where you can get water from about 10 meters from Lake Inari during the summer. In winter approx. 50 m. Separate stove and water boiler. Dressing room side kitchen sinks. On the terrace it is nice to cool off while enjoying the sauna, admiring the incredible scenery and taking a dip in the water from time to time.A fire pit is located on the beach, as well as a separate barbecue canopy, on three sides of which glazing was laid in autumn 2023. Dining there is therefore more comfortable. In the canopy there is a small serving trolley, benches, as well as rocking chairs and a charcoal grill. Asmokehouse can also be found, as well as a flat-bottomed rowing boat and 3 x life jackets. Some children's sizes may also be available if needed. You can even attach your own electric outboard to the rowing boat. Even a bigger boat hasreached the shore. Thepictures of the midnight sun are a bit dark due to a bad camera, but really it's completely bright out there. That's why the cabin has blackout roller blinds in case the midnight sun shines through the night.Charging electric cars prohibited because fuses can not withstand. Neither motorhomes nor caravans are allowed to be connected to the mains power of the cottage.The rear terrace (of course there is also a front terrace) allows you to drink your morning coffee outdoors in the sun when the weather permits and where the sun often shines warm until the evening.The cabin must be left clean and at least in the same condition as it was on arrival for the next customers. Bring your own bed linen. The cabin will not be preheated before the start of the reservation.Animals are welcome in the summertime, but they are not allowed to lie on the bed or on the sofa.The winter time is suitable only for those who like the wilderness, as the car can reach about 200 meters from the cottage. Of course, you can plow the cottage road yourself if you want and you can get close to the cottage already. The most convenient is if the client has a snowmobile. Of course, you can also snowshoe/ski to the cottage. Take your own ice well

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThe tenant is liable for compensation for the damage caused. If a glass or saucer breaks or something else, it would be a good idea to report it, but nothing will be charged. Keep the key in the key box at all times so that it does not get lost, because keys that old can no longer be made from the lock movements so that they work properly. If the instructions are not followed and the key is lost, the tenant will bear the costs of purchasing a new lock.
