Booking and cancellation terms
MINIMUM rental period is 2 nights based on prepayment. Cancellation: the reservation may be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation/amendment must always be made in writing.

Payment terms
After booking, the customer receives an advance invoice and a description of the destination with directions to the accommodation and key contact details.

Delays and compensations
The property is available to the guest from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival after payment of the advance invoice. On the day of departure, the drop-off is 11:50 AM, unless otherwise stated in the destination description of the property. The accommodation includes basic tableware, water and electricity as well as toilet paper, cleaning equipment and supplies (basic set), Wi-Fi, firewood and a rowing boat for your own use. Linen and towels - €20/person (on prior reservation) or you can bring your own. A cleaning fee of €45, - Pets are not allowed.Smoking indoors is prohibited. Only family holidays, no guest parties and no events!
