In winter, the ski network runs close to the villa, and in addition to the golf course, the facilities of Himos Hotel and Himos Arena are just over a kilometre away.
The well-decorated apartment has a living room, a kitchenette and one bedroom with sleeping places for two on the ground floor. In addition, fireplace, sauna and shower. There is also access from the lower floor to the terrace.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with two separate beds. There is also a private toilet upstairs. The air heat pump ensures the cooling of the object during
the summer.Kitchen equipment: Fridge-freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, electric mixer, crockery, cooking utensils.
