✨Four bedrooms plus a double sofa bed in the upstairs lobby can accommodate 10 + 2 people comfortably.
The location is the best as it is a short walk to the Himos Arena, the festival area, the golf courses, the ski track and the ski resort.
On the 1st floor of the villa there is an open kitchen-living room, separate toilet, washroom/utility room (with toilet seat), sauna for 6 persons and 2 bedrooms.
In addition, on the 2nd floor there are 2 more bedrooms and a lobby.
The covered terrace has a large table group, gas barbecue and a magnificent outdoor hot tub. Outside there is also an artificial grass green, two hammocks and a wooden shed with firewood for the fireplace, sledges for free use and space for storing your own ski equipment.

The price does not include the departure cleaning fee (150€), which is mandatory for groups of more than 5 people. For groups smaller than this, cleaning is voluntary.
It is possible to use an outdoor hot tub for an additional price of 190€ and bed linen and towels for 20 €/person. Travel cot free of charge (only brought on request).
An additional 100€ maintenance fee is added to one-night bookings.
You can enter the villa by entering the code used during your rental period in the smart lock on the front door.
N.B. ALWAYS LATE HANDOVER UNTIL 14:00!

Booking and cancellation terms
For cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the booking, the cancellation fee is
10% of the total rental price.
Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the start of the reservation
for cancellations, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total rental price.
Less than 30 days, but more than 10 days before the start of the reservation
for cancellations, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental price.
For cancellations made less than 10 days from the start of the booking, the cancellation fee is
80% of the total rental price.

Payment terms
The first part of the booking fee is
50% of the total price of the reservation, which must be paid within 7 days of booking
about making. The remaining part of the reservation price must be paid 30 days before the start of the reservation.

Delays and compensations
The cabin can only be booked by a person of legal age. The landlord has the right to check
the tenant's credit history and, if the credit information contains a note of default,
the landlord has the opportunity to cancel the reservation and return any already paid
payments.
