Located in the new cottage area of Alppinotko, this semi-detached villa offers quality accommodation for ten (8+2) people. The destination is ideal for active holidays. The first snow trail starts almost from the corner of the villas and on foot you can reach the slopes of Länsi-Himos, the golf course, the shop, the Himos Arena, the Festival area and the new Amusement Center Willi West
.From the steam in the sauna, you can take a dip in the warmth of the bubbling water in the outdoor hot tub, even in the middle of freezing air.
Completed in 2022, the villas are tastefully decorated with high quality. On the lower floor of the villa there is a living room kitchen, a glazed terrace that provides comfortable additional space all year round, a sauna, a bathroom, a separate toilet, one bedroom and upstairs there are three sleeping alcoves with a total of 8 beds, in addition, the sofa bed in the living room
Villas Alppinotko 6A and 6B have intermediate doors, by reserving the entire semi-detached villa for your use, there is room for a total of 18 people.
SLEEPING AREAS: Downstairs there is one bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there are three sleeping alcoves, each with two separate beds. In addition, the living room has a large sofa bed for two.
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, good crockery and cooking utensils.
OTHER EQUIPMENT: Pillows and blankets, cleaning equipment, 2 x TV, JBL bluetooth/karaoke speaker, 2 x microphone, internet, washing machine, drying cabinet, hair dryer, air heat pumps for cooling, Muurikan electric grill, heater on glazed terrace, heating plug for car, electric car charging point, where the tenant can charge the car with their own suko-charger (Max16a).
JACUZZI: The villa has an outdoor hot tub, which can be reserved for use if you wish. The price of the outdoor hot tub when booking in advance is from 180€, the hot tub is available throughout the reservation. The price is more during the Festivals and if the reservation is made only on arrival.
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
ADDITIONAL FEES: If you want final cleaning 120€, outdoor hot tub from 180€, bed linen 20€/set, incl. sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, large and small towel
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 150€ is added to the reservation, which will be refunded when the villa is handed over in the agreed condition.
SERVICE FEES: The service fee for Nettimöki is 3.5% of the total amount of the reservation, the fee will be charged at the time of payment of the reservation.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 12 noon on the day of departure.
On weeks 52-1 and 8-9, check-in time is at 6pm and check-out by 12pm
PRICES: Prices start from 200€/day (between Sun-Fri), 450€/week, 1400€/week and valid only in low season.
N.B. The price list for the net cottage is not in use.
Weekends are only rented whole, at least for Fri-Su

Other rental termsThe customer/tenants/guests are jointly responsible for the accommodation and its belongings during the rental period. The customer/tenant is obliged to compensate the lessee for the damage caused to the object or its movable property and the damage caused by his guests. The property may not be used by more than 10 persons than specified in the accommodation (max. 10 persons). Camping in a tent or caravan on the grounds of the resort is prohibited.
