biking.Villa Chalet is located in a quiet area, but it is a short distance from Himos holiday services, numerous restaurants and golf courses. The rented cottage also serves as a great base for summer festivals and events at Himos arena.
The villa has 85 square meters and a working loft of about 10 square meters and covered terraces of about 35 square meters. The villa has sleeping facilities for 10 people (6+4). The living room and kitchen are a cohesive space and there is a fireplace creating the atmosphere. There is an extendable dining table in the kitchen
In addition, the villa has three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one with a double bed. The low loft space upstairs has four mattresses, as well as a TV for playing with the Play Station and watching DVD movies. The villa has an electric sauna and the bathrooms have two showers. The villa also has two separate toilets. The sauna facilities have direct access to the side terrace to cool off. On the front terrace there is a dining table for 6 people and an electric grill.
An outdoor hot tub for six people can be used for an additional fee.
Electric car charging station type2 (11kW) available for an additional fee.
Kitchen equipment includes: fridge-freezer, convection oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, integrated microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as kitchenware and tableware for 10 people.
