Cottage “Säyrylä 18", 49 m² + loft 15 m², 6 persons (2 persons bedroom downstairs + 4 beds in the loft) Cottage in Himos Hotel area, Himos Center, Himos Areena, Himos Restaurants and Himos best pizza restaurant Tupa are right next to the cottage. A short drive to the slopes of West Himos. On the lower floor of the semi-detached cottage there is a main room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with sleeping places for two, as well as sauna and laundry facilities. Upstairs there is an open loft with sleeping places for four.
A cottage ideal for both civilized festive use (see winter performers (www.himosareena.fi) and for families/couples on calmer weekends and weekdays.
Cabin equipment: Refrigerator, dishes, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cleaning equipment, drying cupboard for clothes, washing machine, TV, cd-player, fireplace and sauna. There are blankets and pillows in the cabin, but there are no sheets and towels. Bed sheets can be rented from the Himoslomie office, where you can pick up the key. The cottage has all the necessary cleaning equipment. Firewood is included in the price. You can also store skis in the padlocked wooden storage room. WE TRY TO KEEP THE BOOKING CALENDAR UP TO DATE. THIS COTTAGE IS ALSO RENTED IN THE SERVICE OF LUST HOLIDAYS, SO ALWAYS CHECK THE AVAILABILITY AND EXACT PRICE OF THE COTTAGE WITH THE OWNER!
Key booking conditions:
- Cleaning fee of EUR 200 is required for festival weekend+ for New Year bookings and for bookings under 21 years of age.
- Payment 50% a week from the reservation and 50% 2 months before the start of the rental, 30% if the beginning of the reservation is more than 9 months
- Maximum number of guests can stay 6 people + 1 person with sofa.
- Bed linen to be used on the beds and sofa bed. Own bed linen and towels, also available for an additional fee.
- Self-help final cleaning. Final cleaning available at an additional cost.
