Horisontti A is a beautiful and high-quality semi-detached cottage in the Himos Golf Resort area, completed in the summer of 2019. The large windows and terrace of the semi-detached cottage have a direct view of the magnificent golf greens. Although the cottage is located in its own privacy, it is only just over a kilometer (1.2 km) drive to Himos Arena (and the festival area, among other things)!
An opening
intermediate door has been built between Horizons A and B, and thus two halves of the semi-detached cottage can be converted into one large cabin. If your party rents both sides of the villa, you will have one large villa with 22 sleeping places. A and B sides are owned by a different person, but their rentals are handled by one same person (Noora), so you can inquire about the availability of both cabins at the same
time.
CABIN FACILITIES: On the lower
floor of the cottage there is space for lounging, watching TV and cooking. Downstairs there is an I-style kitchen and there are good cooking utensils, a full set of dishes, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave and household appliances; a stove, a fridge-freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. The space has a dining group for 8 people and a sofa bed with a sofa bed. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with sauna, shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs there is another toilet.
The cottage is equipped with an outdoor hot tub, so you can easily swim directly from the heat of the sauna. There is also a gas grill, table group and seating area on the terrace. The cabin has a carport and free parking space for cars.
SLEEPING AREAS:
Horizon A has sleeping places for a total of 10 people. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds and the upstairs bedroom has four single beds. Upstairs there is also a fair sized alcove where a double bed has been placed. In addition to these, the spreading sofa in the living room downstairs provides sleeping places for two more people
.
OTHER EQUIPMENT:
Blankets and pillows for 10 people, cleaning equipment, car heating plug, carport, outdoor hot tub, gas grill (only available in summer and autumn), hairdryer and wi-fi. The smallest of the family are also taken into account, and the cottage also has a high chair for children, a travel cot and a toy cupboard. An air heat pump is installed in the villa, thanks to which it is easy to adjust the temperature in the room all year round. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately for 15€/person delivered to the villa or 20€/person pre-laid.
OUTDOOR HOT TUB:
The cottage has an outdoor hot tub, which can be reserved for use if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub during festivals and event weekends is 230€/pc/reservation, at other times 170€/pc/reservation.
THINGS TO NOTE:
The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning. You can book departure cleaning with us for 110€ per half of a double cabin. A mandatory departure cleaning fee (£190) is added to bookings during event weekends such as festivals.
Friendly pets are allowed in the cabin.
The cottage can be used from 4 pm on the day of booking and the handover is on Sunday at 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are also possible, please ask more when booking. A 15€ service charge will be added to
each booking.
