Horisontti B is a beautiful and high-quality semi-detached villa in the Himos Golf Resort area, completed in the summer of 2019. The large windows and terrace of the semi-detached villa offer a direct view of the magnificent golf greens. Although the villa is located in its own privacy, it is only just over a kilometer (1,2km) from Himos Arena!
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: On the lower floor of the
villa there is space for lounging, watching TV and cooking. Downstairs there is a kitchen and there are good cooking utensils, a full set of dishes, a coffee machine, a microwave and household appliances; a stove, a fridge-freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. The cabin also has an extra fridge for drinks. The space has a dining group for 8 people.
SLEEPING AREAS:
Horizon B has sleeping places for a total of 12 people. The downstairs bedroom has two bunk beds and the upstairs bedroom has two single beds and one bunk bed. The alcove upstairs has a mattress for two, and 2 extra beds can be obtained from the sofa bed in the
living room.
OTHER FACILITIES:
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with sauna, shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs there is another toilet.
CONNECT SIDE A AND B OF THE VILLA:
A
lockable intermediate door has been built into the partition of the horizon semi-detached villa, which allows the A and B sides to be connected. So if you rent both sides of the Horizon for your use, you get one big villa with 22 beds! A and B sides are owned by a different person, but their rentals are handled by one same person (Noora), so you can inquire about the availability of both cabins at the same
time.
OTHER EQUIPMENT:
Blankets and pillows for 12 people, cleaning equipment, car heating plug, carport, outdoor hot tub and large Weber gas grill (only in use during summer and autumn). An air heat pump is installed in the villa, thanks to which it is easy to adjust the temperature in the room all year round. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately for 15€/person delivered to the villa or 20€/person pre-laid.
OUTDOOR HOT TUB:
There is
an outdoor hot tub next to the villa's terrace, which can be reserved for use if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub during festivals and events during weekends is 230€/reservation, at other times 170€/reservation
.
THINGS TO NOTE:
The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning. You can book departure cleaning with us for 110€ per half of the double villa. A mandatory departure cleaning fee (£190) is added to bookings during event weekends such as festivals.
