In June 2024, three luxury premium villas have been completed in the Himos Golf Resort: Villa Luxus Helmi 1, Villa Luxus Helmi 2 and Villa Luxus Helmi 3. Each villa has a total of 210 square meters built on three floors and sleeping places for 23 people! Behind the villa construction project are the same entrepreneurs who already own villas from the same area; Villa Hulvaton, Villa Hattara and Villa Harmonia. Villa Luxus Helmi 1-3 villas are built in the central location of Himos, in the area of the Golf Resort, which is only about 500 meters from Himos Arena and Center. The villas are equipped with quality materials, furniture and tableware, and in addition to this, each villa also has an outdoor hot tub. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large dining group for 16 people and a relaxed sofa group, where even larger groups can spend time at the same time. The high room height and large windows bring space and light to the
space. The
villas can accommodate large corporate groups as well as groups, as there are sleeping places for a total of 23 people! The villa has 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, 1 bedroom on the middle floor and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground floor of the villas has a beautiful bathroom and sauna, and in addition, toilets can be found on all floors of the villa (3 units)
. From the middle floor
of the villa there is access to a terrace with a dining group and a gas grill. From the ground floor there is access to another terrace, which also has seating space and an outdoor hot tub under the canopy. The sauna and bathroom are located on the ground floor and it is easy to take a dip outside to cool off or to the outdoor
sauna.
OTHER EQUIPMENT:
Blanket and pillow x 23, cleaning equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2x TV, large gas grill, bluetooth speakers on two floors and an extra fridge near the downstairs bathroom. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately for 15€/person delivered to the villa or 20€/person pre-laid. The villa also includes a flip chart, a children's travel cot, a high chair etc. Please ask about them separately at the time of booking

OUTDOOR HOT TUB:
The
villa has an outdoor hot tub, which can be rented for use if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub is 170€/pc/reservation. During the festivals, the price of the outdoor hot tub is 230€/reservation.
THINGS TO NOTE:
The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning. You can book a departure cleaning service with us for €200. During the festivals, departure cleaning is mandatory and costs €240. The villa will be available from 4pm on the day of booking and the handover will be at 12 noon on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are also possible, please ask more when booking. On weekends we rent villas for a minimum of 2 days, but on weekdays reservations are also possible for 1 day. Pets are allowed in the villa

each booking.
